Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Omigacha account and all data associated with it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, free of charge.

What we delete

When you make a deletion request, we permanently remove your account and the data tied to it, including:

Your sign-in identifiers (email address and account ID).
Your cloud-saved game progress — monster collection, runes, currencies, level/stage progress, teams, and settings.
Any profile image or in-game customization you uploaded.

What may be retained

We only keep information where the law requires us to (for example, records we must retain to comply with legal obligations). We keep no marketing or advertising data — Omigacha shows no ads and uses no third-party analytics.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests and remove your data within 30 days of verifying your request.

Guest (anonymous) accounts

If you played as an anonymous guest, your progress is tied to a random, device-linked identifier with no personal details. To have that data removed, contact us with any details that help us locate it, or simply clear the app’s data / uninstall the app on your device.
